Section 8 Non-Profit Registration

BlackPanda Labs is formally incorporated as a Section 8 Non-Profit Organization under the Companies Act, 2013, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India. The entity is established exclusively for advancing science, technology, research, and non-commercial open-source software education.

Privacy & Member Data

We collect only the minimum personal information necessary to facilitate chapter communications, event registrations, and community profiles. We do not sell, rent, or monetize community member data.

Open Source Licensing

All codebases, documentation, security tools, and educational roadmaps authored under BlackPanda Labs repositories are licensed under permissive OSI-approved licenses (such as MIT, Apache-2.0, or BSD-3-Clause) unless explicitly specified otherwise.
