Community Guidelines & Code of Conduct
Our standard for maintaining an open, welcoming, and ethically sound environment across all BlackPanda Labs physical meetups and digital channels.
1. Respectful & Inclusive Collaboration
We welcome developers, students, researchers, and hobbyists of all backgrounds and skill levels. We expect every participant to communicate constructively, review pull requests with patience, and respect fellow builders.
2. Strict Ethical Security Boundaries
BlackPanda Labs is committed to defensive security and educational vulnerability analysis. All security demonstrations, fuzzing exercises, and CTF challenges must target strictly authorized, isolated local lab environments or explicit bug bounty scopes.
Zero tolerance for unauthorized intrusion, malicious exploitation, or destructive activities.
3. Vendor Neutrality & Non-Commercial Spaces
Our meetups and communication servers are educational spaces. Unsolicited commercial promotions, course selling, or proprietary sales pitches are strictly prohibited during technical sessions.
4. Reporting Violations
If you experience or witness behavior that violates these guidelines, please contact chapter organizers or email the conduct committee at conduct@blackpandalabs.in. All reports are handled with confidentiality.
