About BlackPanda Labs
BlackPanda Labs is a registered Section 8 non-profit technology and open-source community organization in India.

Debojit
Founder, BlackPanda Labs • Certified Red Team Analyst (CRTA)
Debojit established BlackPanda Labs as a student-led, Section 8 registered non-profit community dedicated to demystifying cybersecurity, technical systems engineering, and open-source software education across India.
With a focus on offensive security research, red teaming tradecraft, and payload analysis, he created the organization to give independent builders, researchers, and students a collaborative, non-commercial environment to master modern technical skills.
Our Purpose
To provide practical technical learning and collaborative spaces where developers, students, and researchers can build open software, understand system security, and exchange knowledge freely without proprietary paywalls.
Community Chapters
We support regional chapters organized by local builders. Chapters host hands-on workshops, code jams, and technical discussions in their cities and academic institutions across India.
Governance & Community Principles
Open Collaboration
We encourage open-source contributions, public knowledge sharing, and transparent governance without proprietary lock-in or commercial gating.
Code of Conduct
We maintain a welcoming, respectful environment for learners and developers of all backgrounds across all virtual channels and in-person sessions.
